Order Processing
Your orders receive our immediate attention! We process all orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Each item is meticulously inspected and wrapped with the care befitting its unique character before beginning its journey to your collection.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to ensure your collectibles arrive safely at their new haunted home:
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
International Shipping
We proudly serve collectors worldwide (excluding select Asian countries and remote regions). Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply in their country.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
While we hope every collectible finds its perfect home, we understand that sometimes a treasure might not be exactly what you envisioned. Our return policy reflects our commitment to both your satisfaction and the preservation of our unique items.
Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
🕷️ Special Considerations for Our Unique Collections 🕷️
Due to the delicate, vintage-inspired, and sometimes intimate nature of our collectibles, certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and preservation reasons:
- Vintage Halloween reproductions (once opened or used as decorations)
- Seasonal items that have been displayed or used
- Battery Operated LED Lights once opened and tested
- Any collectible showing signs of wear, display, or removal from original packaging
- Items from our Bethany Lowe collections, Beistle Vintage Halloween, or other specialty lines that have been removed from their protective packaging
The Return Journey: Step by Step
Within 15 days of receiving your order, contact our friendly ghouls at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Use the template below:

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without this authorization.
Package your item securely with all original packaging and include the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside. Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing. We’ll notify you via email once completed.
Refund Information
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund includes the cost of returned item(s), minus any original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error).

Exchange Process
Prefer a different collectible? We’re happy to exchange your item for something more suited to your collection! The exchange process follows the same steps as returns. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your new item using your preferred shipping method.
International Returns
For our international collectors (excluding select Asian countries and remote regions), return shipping costs and any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt until the return process is complete.
