Just as we wrap each item with meticulous care, we’ve crafted a returns policy that respects both your collecting passion and our unique products.
Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
🕷️ Special Considerations for Our Unique Collections 🕷️
Due to the delicate and sometimes vintage-inspired nature of our collectibles, certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and preservation reasons:
- Vintage Halloween reproductions (opened or used decorations)
- Seasonal items that have been displayed or used
- Battery Operated LED Lights once opened and tested
- Any collectible showing signs of wear or display
The Return Journey: Step by Step
Step 1: Request Your Return
Within 15 days of receiving your order, please contact our friendly ghouls at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely with all original packaging and include the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing. We’ll notify you via email once your return has been processed.
Refund Information
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will include the cost of the returned item(s), minus any original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error).

Exchange Process
Prefer a different collectible? We’re happy to exchange your item for something more suited to your collection! The exchange process follows the same steps as returns. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your new item using your preferred shipping method.
International Returns
For our international collectors (excluding select Asian countries and remote regions), return shipping costs and any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt until the return process is complete.

Each item is inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our standards for collectors who appreciate the extraordinary. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage, and we’ll make it right!
